Barre Fusion is an exciting new combination of pilates and yoga with the ballet barre. Focusing on strength, flexibility and balance it is an entire body workout engaging core muscles, improving posture and helping you tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.
The hour-long class starts with a total body warm-up followed by 30 minutes at the barre toning legs, core and arms with a combination of plies, leg extensions and leg lifts.
30 minutes of mat-based conditioning exercises focus on toning legs, abdominals and the upper body followed by flexibility and stretching to finish.
What to wear?
Comfy exercise clothing.
Grippy socks or ballet shoes.
Classes last one hour.
Classes are £45 for a block of 6 (to be taken within an 8 week period).
