As a life coach, I am here to help you improve your personal and/or professional life by offering support and encouragement, whilst suggesting new ways to achieve your goals and improve the quality of your life. My Well-being Coaching skills cover all areas to do with lifestyle and general health including weight management to coping with stress, time management and other health/life balance issues.
Well-being Coaching is available in either single 1-hour slots or in block sessions of 10 sessions.
Single Session: £45 per session
Block Session: £360 for 10 sessions

Classes are £50 for a block of 6 (to be taken within an 6 week period). Once a block is paid for you are welcome to join the other classes if you wish.
Barre Fusion is an exciting new combination of pilates and yoga with the ballet barre. Focusing on strength, flexibility and balance is an entire body workout engaging core muscles, improving posture and helping you tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.
The hour-long class starts with a total body warm-up followed by 30 minutes at the barre toning legs, core and arms with a combination of plies, leg extensions and leg lifts.
30 minutes of mat-based conditioning exercises focus on toning legs, abdominals and the upper body followed by flexibility and stretching to finish.
A hard class but very enjoyable.
Suitable for all ages and levels and no previous experience of dance or ballet is required.

As a qualified and experienced personal trainer, I work with private clients at their home or gym helping them achieve their own personal goals, whether they be: weight loss/gain, increased cardiovascular fitness, strength and conditioning, event training or their first 5k! In addition, many of my clients are referred by a physiotherapist and some opt for one to one pilates sessions.
Personal Training is available in either single 1-hour slots or in block sessions of 3 - 10 sessions.
The 3 or 10 session blocks need to be booked in advance. (Please get in touch with regard to training schedules and timings.)
