Whether you are new to Pilates, experienced or somewhere in between, you are in the perfect place. Pilates is for everyone, whatever your age, body shape or fitness. Whatever you're looking for: a stronger, healthier back; a flatter tummy; a more toned, mobile and flexible body; better posture; fitness; general wellbeing; rehabilitation from injury; or balancing and strengthening the connection between the mind and the body then Pilates at Village Fitness is the right choice for you.

Classes are £45 for a block of 6 (to be taken within an 8 week period). Once a block is paid for you are welcome to join the other classes if you wish.
